My name is Fred Cunha and I live in Dallas with my amazing wife Joanne, our cute daughter Elise and our crazy dog Seven.

Before Dallas, we lived in San Francisco and Vancouver. I was born and grew up in Cascais, Portugal and moved to Toronto when I was 19.

Elise was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes on September 6, 2007 (two days after her first birthday).
