It's a secret!
I came up with the don't-eat-like-a-big-fat-pig diet because I was tired of hearing about all those wacky quick-fix diets. People eat way too much and don't exercise for years and then expect to get back to their normal weight in a few weeks...
The "secret" is to eat less (and better) and exercise (click on nutrition for eating tips).
I started eating less and exercising on a regular basis (soccer, racquetball and running).


Hi there, my name is Fred, I live in Dallas, Texas and I'm back on my don't-eat-like-a-big-fat-pig diet.
When I started back in March 2006, I was at 194 lbs. and my goal was to be at around 170 lbs.
I reached my goal in under 5 months and I have been at around 170-175 lbs. ever since... (click on weight for details)

March 1999
This was me at my heaviest ever while visiting London, England. After looking at all the pictures from the trip and weighing myself (205 lb.), I decided it was time to lose some weight and the don't-eat-like-a-big-fat-pig diet was about to take shape...

March 2006
Fast forward 7 years and I find myself going up towards the 200-lb. mark again (194 lb.). My main problem is that I love eating and I usually eat too much. It was time to get back on my don't-eat-like-a-big-fat-pig diet once again...
