a secret! I came up with the don't-eat-like-a-big-fat-pig diet because I was tired of hearing about all those wacky quick-fix diets. People eat way too much and don't exercise for years and then expect to get back to their normal weight in a few weeks... The "secret" is to eat less (and better) and exercise (click on nutrition for eating tips). I started eating less and exercising on a regular basis (soccer, racquetball and running). |

| March 1999 This was me at my heaviest ever while visiting London, England. After looking at all the pictures from the trip and weighing myself (205 lb.), I decided it was time to lose some weight and the don't-eat-like-a-big-fat-pig diet was about to take shape... |
